COMPACT LASER MARKING "LEM" The First Compact Laser Marking This first compact laser marking machine uses the Nd: YAG diode pumped laser technology. It is equipped with a software driving the marking system running under Windows. Small sized, easy to use and offering a large range of marking possibilities (text, numbers, 1D and 2D codes, photographs, various frames, …) the LEM will be the best solution in terms of quality and speed. Easy to install (just plug in to a 220 volt main plug), easy to maintain, long life diodes and power range (20 to 160 megawatts / cm²) allow simple marking as well as 3D deep engraving in various materials such as plastic, stainless steel, aluminium, tooling steel, ceramic or precious steel. |

LENS Program Simple and user-friendly, LENS software is dedicated to marking systems (LEM, CO2 laser, specific machines...). It consists of a graphics editor used to compose and run marking programs. LENS is used to create basic geometric forms, straight and circular text, 1D and 2D barcodes and to import graphics in bitmap or vectorial form. The objects created by LENS are linked to a set of laser parameters. These are adjusted to obtain the desired effect (depth, aspect, quality…) according to the type of parts to be engraved. LENS has a multitude of editing functions which make it easy to create compositions The LENS automation functions, accessible via the built-in Script editor, extend LENS's possibilities. Coupled to the system of axes, installed as an option, LENS can be used to automate axial functions: programmed focal adjustment, movement of parts on an X-Y table, marking on cylindrical parts, etc. inally, LENS is open-ended with an automation interface allowing it to be controlled from another application. |
